Day Three of Ragbrai XXXV
Humboldt to Hampton
Our fabulous host family in Hampton, Iowa. We had a great night stay with them. We had an outstanding dinner, they opened their house to some of us to sleep in, and we had a wonderful breakfast of which the host family insisted on cooking for us. With host families like this, it makes RAGBRAI an unbelievable adventure.

We heard of an off-route town that had a great bar and so the dogs had to go check it out. No one else was there. We had this whole bar and food to ourselves.
Along the route, we stopped at a country club for some refreshments. A couple of dogs felt that they needed a ride up the hill to the bar.
If there is a golf cart around, then we know RocketMan will get the keys and take off.
