I would like to thank the Camera People of the Day for their great shots of Ragbrai this year. TD - Great idea designating one person to take pictures of that day. But that is why we pay you the big bucks to run our team!!!!!! Cammy - Thanks you for sending me all those great pictures and for all your great picture taking each year. I know why you are the official camera person each year. You lug that camera each year and never complain. Then at the end of the ride you give us such great memories. BooBoo - also thank you all of those wonderful shots of Ragbrai. I really appreciate it. Lacey, Bob - Thank you for pitching in and sending me your shots. I have loved every one of them.
We had another outstanding Ragbrai this year. Our host families were awesome again. We were able to visit a couple of past host families from 1999 and it was as if we had never left. When we stayed with them again this year, we just picked up from when we left off last time. I am always amazed at the fabulous host families each year. They take us into their homes and treat us like family. Our host families make our trip unbelievable.
We had a new driver this year. Lacey, from California was awesome! She took care of us, she rode her bike back to meet us and party with us and took care of us all week. She is another reason we had a great bike ride across Iowa.

, AmyDog, and TiggerDog were great additions to our team. We had so much fun with them riding with us this year that this is also why we had such a great ride.If you can imagine spending a week with your best friends, riding all the way across the state of Iowa - There Is Nothing Better!!
