Sunday, July 20^th

Sunday morning we took our team picture with Bruce and Amy around 7:30 am. Bruce lives on a gravel road outside Silver City which was the first town on the Ragbrai Route from Glenwood. So we all packed up into the truck and Rvs and drove out to the paved road. We had so much fun with Bruce, that we are going to put him on our list of must stops with Tish's Restaurant to stay at each Ragbrai.

We stop for just a second because we cannot believe we are back on Ragbrai again. Looking back and seeing nothing but open roads and bikes for miles. There is nothing like Ragbrai!

Here we are back in the roll of things on Ragbrai. We are in a great bar and along come Team Girlfriends who are one of our favorite teams. Of course Denz does something where they decide he needs to be handcuffed.

We roll into Shenanndoah around 7:00 pm and find out we have a fabulous place to stay. Here is a picture of the great pool. Then you go up to the top level and they had a bar with people serving us what ever we wanted. Then down below, they had cooked four turkeys for us with other things to eat. Then if we wanted, they had a great volleyball court set up if we wanted to play.

Great Swimming pool at our host's house. This party went on until 4:30 am. Then the host cleaned until 5:30 am, went to bed until 6:30 am when he had to get back up and see the teams off the next morning. What a great guy! His wife didn't make it up though!
